10 interesting jQuery plugins (august 2011)
Today I selected the most interesting jQuery plug-ins that have emerged over the last month. Here are different plugins like progressbar, image zoomer, tooltips, combogrid, smartspin etc.
1. Animated progressbar
This plugin will allow you to create animated progressbars (plugin expanding default scrollbar plugin). Online demo you can find here.
2. Image Zoom Tour
Image zoom plugin allow us to zoom to predefined areas of main image. Online demo you can find here.
3. Mobiscroll
That nice scroller allow us easily enter date and time. More, we can use this with any touchscreens. Online demo you can find here.
4. Notification Menu
This plugin add notification bubbles and a notification list to any menu. Online demo you can find here.
5. Tipped
Tipped allows you to easily create beautiful tooltips using the jQuery Javascript library. Online demo you can find here.
6. jLinkPreview
jLinkPreview is a plug-in for jQuery Library which simply allows you to see link’s preview image before you visit them by just hovering on it. Link Preview will appear by your cursor when you hover.. Online demo you can find at same page.
7. Moleskine Notebook

8. ComboGrid
Combogrid, like autocomplete, when added to an input field, enables users to quickly find and select from a pre-populated list of values as they type, but in a tabular and paginated manner. Combogrid provides keyboard navigation support for selecting an item. Online demo you can find here.
9. Smart spin
This is a jQuery spin button plugin that mimics the very common windows spin button control. Smart spin allows you to select a value between minimum and maximum values using either mouse or keyboard. You can also enter a value via keyboard. Online demo you can find here.
