20 Creative Examples of Pixel Art
Today we prepared a new design collection of Pixel art, where all images are created and composed at the pixel level. It may looks like to be a trademark for old-school games rather than the sophisticated visual graphics of modern games. Due to up-to-date advanced technology, the simplicity of the pixelated images, that was prominent during the early days of computers may be irrelevant to most of us nowadays, while sharper graphics can be created. However, others may be fed up by all the complex graphics we take for granted today and instead adore the vintage feel that pixel art brings.
As usual, pixel art is typically categorized into isometric and non-isometric images. Isometric pixel art is created in a near-isometric diametric projection (i.e. about 30-45 degrees angle from horizontal), as seen in some old games where they provide a simulation of 3D view of scenes. Non-isometric pixel art refers to those that are not isometric, for example, views from top, side, front, bottom or perspective views.
Well, enough words, enjoy our new collection of Pixel Art!
